Shoe: US10.5 / My most regular workout style is HIIT. I alternate hard charging intervals to keep the heart rate as close to max effort with a very short recovery in between sets. This allows you to get a good workout in a short amount of time. The main focus is in gaining functional movement, posture, range of motion, balance, strength and power.
Go to linkShoe: US10.5 / Most days I go by myself I do heavier weight supersets repping 4 sets of 8 repetitions. Lots of dumbbell isolation workouts. When we go as a group we run hiit routines. Fast paced circuits with little break time inbetween sets. Also go through cut phases of lots of cardio. Usually 3miles for time 3 times a week paired with hanging abs and isometric arm workouts. Other 3 days are more core focus and yoga.

I also do my own personalized one minute circuits that involve three different high intensity calisthenics (climbers, plank crunches, and Russian twists) all back to back. Go to linkShoe: US10.5 / Run 2.5miles daily either treadmill or hiking. Abs 250 leg raises/toe taps/ kettlebell side crunch. Leg press 180lbs to 200lbs 4sets of 15. Pull ups 4sets of 10. Dumbbell lifts 45lbs each side. Rowing resistance 8. Finish off with more abs. I also try to go swimming often.

Go to linkShoe: US10.5 / Pro Break Dancer, A lot of what I do is picking up and catching my own body weight because I’m a B-boy, my exercises are workouts for me to excel in this dance.I jog for stamina and stretch a lot to make sure I’m flexible enough to pull off a lot of my moves. I like putting weights around my ankles and trying to practice to strengthen not only my legs but my hips and groin‘s.

For example chest day, leg day, arms (bis and tris) etc. I always incorporate abs at the end of each workout. I hike regularly. When it comes to cardio I stick to dancing as I am also a professional dancer.

Love combining bodyweight exercises for time with high rep weights. Wednesday is my strength day lower body focusing on heavy weight/low reps to build explosiveness/speed for track. Monday/Friday I have acceleration sprint days at the track. I’m well versed in all movements/CrossFit/plyometrics!

While my upper body is resting, I like to do explosive pistol squats and isometric fascia holds (split stance on balls of feet engaging the foot fascia to glute connection)
